Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and your next invoice is prorated. No cancellation fees.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Your existing rules and configurations keep working exactly as they are. You just cannot create new items beyond your plan limit until you upgrade or remove existing ones.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Features and items that exceed your new plan limits are disabled but preserved. If you upgrade again later, everything reactivates automatically.
Do you charge per order?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly fee regardless of how many orders you process. No per-order charges, no hidden transaction fees.
